AzOz.com is a subsidiary of MacWizards L.L.C., a privately held Arizona corporation. Site design and all editorial content by George Ziemann unless otherwise indicated. The site was started in 1997 as an animation scratch pad. I had been assigned the task of web designer for a company. Having my own site allowed me to experiment without having the corporate page involved. The Name -- My wife is a teacher and, as my animation developed, together we had an idea of using it to create an educational portal of some sort based on the Wizard of Oz theme. I was looking for an available domain with the least number of letters possible. AzOz worked for me. The animation thing, not so much.
