When we set out to develop Prairie Condominium our goal was quality built homes we would be proud to have our name on homes we would be comfortable living in with our family. A first generation family owned company for 25 years, Aztec Builders Inc., owned and operated by Tom and Nancy Mistele, serves as the general contractor of Prairie Condominium at North Ridge. Prairie Condominium Development Inc., another family owned company is the developer. Our children, Jerry Mistele, Nick Mistele and Jenny Payne are also involved in the construction and development of Prairie Condominium.
