Sonya has 5 years experience in Federal Contract Administration and Federal Project Administration. Prior to being in the construction industry she worked in the Garment Manufacturing Industry for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Project Management.

Frank Spencer III has brought together a management team committed to providing consistent, predicable, and reliable results. His collaboration and teaming is focused on exceeding customer expectations. Frank established a vision for Aztec Contractors, Inc. and has been instrumental in providing a strategic footprint in Federal, Commercial, and Residential Construction. As an experienced Construction Manager with over 6 years' experience in the construction industry. Frank is competent in providing construction management; quality / safety assurance; reviewing and approving submittals, design, scheduling, contract administration and finance.
