The Azteca-Omega Group was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with satellite offices throughout the United States. Azteca-Omega provides services ranging from General Contracting, Construction Management, Program Management, Design/Build and Self Performance services across a spectrum of projects for both public and private sector clients.

Mr. Luis Spinola, President and CEO of the Azteca-Omega Group was born and raised in Mexico City and immigrated to the United States in 1983. Mr. Spinola has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has led the Azteca-Omega Group through more than 800 projects and over $1 Billion throughout the U.S.A., Mexico and the Caribbean.

Azteca Enterprises is currently involved (as part of the BARA joint venture) providing construction management services from pre?construction through construction on the new Parkland project. The nearly 2 million square?foot Parkland Hospital will replace the existing 55?year?old facility.
