f.a.q. How to make a reservation ? Please call us at (800) 736-0088 Monday-Friday 9a.m. - 5p.m. to verify dates and unit availability. All reservations require a deposit ranging from $150 - $500, depending on the length of stay and type of unit requested. All reservations require a $25 nonrefundable booking fee in addition to the rental deposit. You can print our reservation form from this site and mail it to us with your deposit check. Other Charges in addition to rent ? All rentals are required to pay any state and local taxes on their rental. Stays of one month or longer have tax rates of 1.5% - 2.2%, depending on the city the rental property is in. Stays of less than a month will be required to pay the hotel tax rate which is 11% - 12.5% depending on the city the rental is located in. Some rental units will require a $30 pr month phone charge. Individuals desiring extra housekeeping, upgraded cable tv or internet service will be resposible for the cost associated with those items. Are linens and towels provided ? Yes, all the basics are provided by the individual owners. Most rentals have a washer and dryer in them. (no laundry service is provided) Items in each unit stay in the unit. Quail Creek Condos have a community (coin operated) laundry room. Check in and Check out ? Check ins are conducted at our office between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the day you arrive. Please contact us if other arrangements are necessary. Check outs are at or before 11 a.m. of your departure date. Please leave only bedding unlaundered to avoid additional charges. Please check that all small appliances, lights and a/c are turned off. Take out all trash. Double check for your personal belongings. Deposits will be mailed back after owners clearance. How are units assigned ? At some properties we manage several similar condos. You will be assigned to a condo that fits the dates of your visit. Every effort will be made to fufill other request on a first come first serve bases, but requests are not guaranteed. Weekly bookings are taken in open dates only. Changing units is not usually available, since each unit is privately owned. Smoking and Pets ? We request no smoking inside the furnished rentals. Pets are subject to the owners approval and must comply with th Pet Policy for the property. We have very few rentals that will allow pets. (Please inquire before booking) Rentals with unauthorized pets or smoking inside will forfit deposit and also may be asked to leave. What if I need to change my plans? Please review our cancellation policies on the reservation form. Rents will not be refunded for earily depatures, since all rents are paid to owners. No shows will forfeit deposits. Crime free lease addendum : All occupants will be required to sign a crime free agreement. Age restrictions: Some propeties are in age restricted communities of 55 years and older. Proof of your age may be required and usually no one under 18 may occupy these properties except to visit. However, most of our rental properties are not in age restricted communities. Anyone booking a reservation must be at least 21 years of age and proof of age may be required at check in. All Cassia Real Estate agents and vendors will abide by state and federal fair housing laws. Premium Cable and Internet : These services may be available in your rental.
