Description

B&I Contractors, Inc., is a full service mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractor specializing in commercial, institutional and industrial construction along with 24-hour on-call HVAC Service. B&I was established in 1960 by Gordon Harbuck and still operates under its original articles of incorporation from 1963. In 1986, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established and the ESOP now owns 95% of the corporate stock.
