Our company's primary reason for existence is to take outstanding care of our customers. As such, when on duty we exist for our customers, not the other way around. Our primary customer is each service recipient in any of our facilities. Even so, we want to treat all others as we would like to be treated - with courtesy and respect, kindness and sincerity and compassion and concern.
