At least 10 years of experience in higher education Advancement work, and significant experience supervising advancement staff, establishing goals and metrics for success, and working with major donors required.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; minimum three years of experience in managing multiple departments; CPA and fund accounting experience preferred; experience working with outside auditors; computer system expertise with Windows products and Jenzabar EX preferred.
