BC Hardscapes, LLC was founded in 1995 under the name of Building Crafters and has operated as BC Hardscapes, LLC since 2004. The owner, Doug Grego, has been constructing retaining walls for over 35 years and is a 3rd generation retaining wall constructor. You can still see his early rail road tie walls around Kansas City today. Today BC Hardscapes is the largest retaining wall and brick paver installer in the Kansas City area. We specialize in large and small scale commercial projects and complete many residential projects as well. BC Hardscapes has a fleet of more than 50 pieces of equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, loaders, compaction equipment, work trucks and tractor trailers Equipment List . We also have one of the only brick paver laying machines in the midwest. BC Hardscapes continues to grow and take on bigger and more challenging jobs every year. In 2006 BC Hardscapes started a sister company, BC Hardscapes Supply. Our supply company retails all the necessary materials and tools for retaining wall and brick paver construction, including bulk material such as rock, dirt and sand for landscapers as well as do-it yourselfers.
