John E. Abdo, President of Abdo Companies, has been the Vice Chairman of BFC Financial Corporation (OTCQX: BFCF) since 1993 and a Director since 1988. Mr. Abdo serves as Vice Chairman of BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX), formerly known as BankAtlantic Bancorp, since 1994, and as Vice Chairman of it former banking subsidiary BankAtlantic, from 1987 to 2012. He is also the Vice Chairman of Bluegreen Corporation. Mr. Abdo formerly served as Vice Chairman of Benihana, Inc. (formerly listed on NASDAQ: BNHN) from 1990 until August 2012 when Benihana became a privately owned company.

Alan B. Levan has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BFC Financial Corporation (OTCQX: BFCF) and its predecessors from 1978 to current. He has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX), formerly known as BankAtlantic Bancorp, since 1994, and as Chairman of its former banking subsidiary BankAtlantic, from 1987 to 2012.
