The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience and a strong background working with databases in the SQL Server environment and must be adept at developing T-SQL stored procedures, triggers, Indexes and queries.

BH Solutions Group has been retained to source an IT Support Technician who will provide end user support on multiple levels including phone and desk side support for our client headquartered in Akron, Ohio. This position will be located at the client’s Cleveland facility. Emphasis of support in this position will be on legal document creation, management and production through Microsoft Office tools, as such expert level skills in MS Office (2003 – 2010) is a key requirement.
