Before working with Blough Tech, we had an in-house IT person. We just weren’t under contract. We called Blough Tech for any hardware problems, such as not being able to connect to the network. We signed up to have that support available to us. Under contract, we get preferred service rather than calling and having to wait our turn. Knowing Blough Tech is available to us gives us peace of mind; they come right on if we have any problems we see as urgent. We need our system up and working to be able to help our customers.

Blough Tech has been, and continues to be, an invaluable asset to our company. They have been instrumental in assisting our bank in developing and maintaining a strong IT program. As Technical Services Manager David’s responsability include developing standards and best practices for all of our service deliverables. An excellent teacher, David works to develop our other technicians skills, helping them to keep current amidst the fast changes of the I.T. industry. With years of experience in a variety of IT fields, including electronic repair, drafting and IT management, David is an integral part of our team.
