BR Williams Trucking, Inc. Quality Policy The core of BR Williams Trucking, Inc. is that of honesty and integrity along with the level of service that our customers expect. Through open communication with our customer and employees we build a strong working relationship. If we make a commitment, we live up to the commitment. We give our customers service in an efficient, safe and consistent manner by striving to reach our objective.

The year 2008 not only marked our 50th Anniversary, but also a testament to our service. After a half a century, we can still say that we have our first customer. BR Williams began with a handful of people and two 1958 B-61 Mack Tractors. Today, in the 21st century we have grown to a fleet with over 165 tractors and expanded our services to warehousing, program management, crate manufacturing, and Brokerage/LTL services. Our four distribution facilities are located in the Southeast.

BR Williams Trucking Inc.’s number one goal is safety. We know that our trucks and drivers are sharing the roads with your family and with ours. Before we allow a driver to get on the road they go through a stringent system of training and testing to ensure we have the most competent drivers and that they uphold the integrity of our company on and off of the road. Our shop and warehouse employees are held to the same standard. We continually monitor our processes and procedures to provide our customer with the most efficient and effective service possible with Safety as our first priority.

We work with over 500 Flatbed carriers allowing us to offer nationwide coverage along with a full range of services including step decks, double drops, RGN, etc. Our flatbed representatives have the expertise to execute your shipment with the highest level of service that our customers have come to expect from BR Williams.

ISO 9000 is a series of quality standards that outline the requirements for quality management systems. They were developed to promote worldwide standards for management of quality. The standards were first published in 1987 by International Organization for Standardization in Geneva, Switzerland. We received our initial certification April 10, 2002 by our registrar NSF International Strategic Registrations, LTD. and are currently in good standing. An auditor from NSF-ISR conducts surveillance audits and Re-assessment audits periodically to examine our quality system for compliance.
