Dennis Harrod brings more than 10 years of experience in technical support management to the executive team at BSG Financial. In his role, Dennis is responsible for supporting, testing and implementing OverdraftHonor™ and CourtesyConnect® software, the company's courtesy overdraft programs, as well as managing BSG Financial's overall customer support and information technology. Prior to joining the company, Harrod served as technical support specialist for Louisville-based Ikon Office Solutions, the world's largest independent distributor of office equipment and document management services.
