President: John J. Naumann John Naumann is President of John Naumann & Associates, Incorporated (JNA), a Southwest Florida based real estate company that was formed in 1977. Mr. Naumann was one of the founders and principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation in 1979. He has served as President for BTS Development Corporation since 1979, which developed over $250 Million of Resort Property on Sanibel Island and in Fort Myers, including two golf course communities and one waterfront community with a marina. Mr. Naumann was President of JNA, an affiliated real estate sales company on Sanibel Island with annual sales in excess of $200 million. JNA was the largest real estate brokerage company on Sanibel and Captiva until it sold its assets to Coldwell Banker in 2001. Previously, he was also President of Sanibel Accommodations, Incorporated, a Sanibel based property management corporation. Mr. Naumann was also involved in the development of various condominium developments on Sanibel as well as two other golf course communities in Winter Haven and Tarpon Springs, Florida. He was the Chairman of Sanctuary Golf Club on Sanibel Island. Chief Executive Officer: Jeffrey J. Milton Mr. Milton also served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Director, Unity Communications Corporation. Mr. Milton joined Unity as President and Chief Executive officer in May 2002. Mr. Milton was one of the founders and principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation in 1979 and coordinated all the financial and legal matters. Mr. Milton has served as Chief Executive Officer of BTS Development Corporation since 1979, which developed over $250 Million of Resort Property on Sanibel Island and in Fort Myers, including two golf course communities and one waterfront community with a marina. Previously, he was the President and CEO of Synecom Communications Corporation, an integrated communications provider. Commencing in 1992, Mr. Milton was the President of Optel Communications, Incorporated, a co-owner of an international submarine cable system sold to Teleglobe, Incorporated, in 1998. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Institutional Communications Company, Incorporated (ICC), one of the first competitive access providers in the United States. Through Mr. Milton’s efforts, ICC made a dramatic turnaround and demonstrated the early profit potential of competitive access providers. ICC was subsequently sold to MFS Communications Company, Incorporated, in 1991, which in turn, was acquired by MCI. Mr. Milton was the President of the Sanctuary Golf Club on Sanibel Island for ten years, and also practiced law for nineteen years. Mr. Milton is a graduate of Georgetown University (LL.M.), Washington College of Law at American University (J.D.), and Michigan State University (B.A.). Director: F. William Caple William (Bill) Caple is a Managing Partner of Corstone Capital, an international merchant and investment bank with offices in Washington, DC; Florida; Beijing; and Brussels.
