BVB considers the safety our customers employees and of our own employees to be the most vital aspect of our operations. Above all, the safety of those employees comes first when planning the development, design and execution of any and all phases and aspects of any project in which BVB is involved. Our management team holds responsible for recognizing, anticipating and analyzing the known and potential hazards of each project and to provide education, personal protective equipment (PPE) and leadership to eliminate or minimize those hazards and conditions on all construction sites.

The indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, or IDIQ contract allows for the contractor to provide services, on an as-needed basis over time and up to the specific dollar limit. In this case, the contractis for a maximum of $15 million of work during a three-year contract period.

We are BVB Construction, Inc. (“BVB”), a full service SDVOSB Electrical Contracting and Construction Firm with offices in Southern and Northern CA. We are a self performing “prime” doing business in the Federal Market and throughout California. Formed by Benjamin Valenzuela, Sr. in 2005 the company has worked on both small and large scale new construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on industrial contracting. Some of our services include; design-build, new construction, engineering, remodeling, alterations, upgrades, maintenance, electrical (high and low voltage), emergency repair services, permitting, site preparation, carpentry, cement foundations, painting, plumbing and utilities installation.

As owner and President of BVB Construction, Inc., Mr. Valenzuela leads and administers the organization in all of its endeavors. He has an extensive experience and knowledge of the complexities of high voltage electrical work. He is committed to promoting a safe and effective working environment which ensures customer satisfaction with respect to safety, quality, performance and budget.
