Located in Central Maine, we are an ISO 9001:2000 / AS9100 REV C certified manufacturer. We operate out of a 20,000 square foot temperature controlled facility which includes some of the latest CNC turning, milling and quality equipment with wireless programming. Our company is made up of highly skilled machinists, engineers, quality inspectors and support personnel. We offer a total product solution starting from concept design and rapid prototyping working with casting and forging houses throughout the United States, to high volume production and finish assembly. Being a small business we take pride in our responsiveness to get you the answers needed any hour of the day. Considered a solutions integrator for some of the largest aerospace and defense companies, we offer quick turnarounds and value added services while providing cost savings to your operations.

Our engineering team brings over fifty years of combined experience to the industry. We take pride in staying on top of the latest software available to offer efficient manufacturing solutions to our customers. We are currently Model Based Definition approved by Spirit Aerosystems. This allows us to take a 3D CAD model supplied by the customer and manufacture complete, thus eliminating the need for costly 2D drawings and further engineering completed by our customers.

Our top notch equipment and highest level expertise ensures confidence in our customers when they supply material. On a daily basis we machine customer supplied material such as Titanium, Rene, Inconel and various grades of steel. These forgings can be as large as 46" in diameter and weigh up to 1 ton. Our customers hold a trusted reputation globally. When handling their material, there is no exception for less than 100% Quality.

Being very involved with the Aerospace Market Sector, machining of castings make up a large number of our product mix. With our strong engineering expertise, we design and manufacture very critical fixtures to assure no movement while holding very tight tolerances. For our customers, we manage any outside process needed to meet the specifications as well as inserting and machining any bushings for a full turnkey product.

As an added value service, we offer finish assembly to our customers. We currently do mainly table top assembly but are willing to offer larger assembly lines to satisfy your request. Finish assembly at B & B can consist of inserting a "heli-coil," installing busings, or even completing kitted assmblies with hundreds of items. We also assemble complex military parts with hundreds of "heli-coils." We are very flexible in our assembly department and take pride in offering our customers one stop shopping.
