NOTE ABOUT THE K-77 DIAPHRAGMS: The manufacturer has stopped making these diaphragms. I am working with two different manufacturers now trying to get more of these made. I don't know how long this may take or even if I will be able to get them built. This will likely turn into a process where the manufacturer makes samples for me and then I test the samples to determine if they are suitable replacement diaphragms.

We can make up a repair kit for your Klipsch crossovers. We use Sonicaps in our kits for all signal path capacitors. We use non-polarized electrolytics for the woofer roll off circuit. For the crossovers which are built on wood, we provide mounting blocks and tie wraps with the caps. We also send the applicable schematic drawing with our rebuild kits. If you have reasonably good soldering skills, you should be able to rebuild your own crossovers with one of our kits.

UPDATE 3/13/12 Lots of people have asked us to develop a replacement woofer for the K-23 and K-25 in the Forte and Forte II. We are happy to announce that the CW-1230 woofers are in stock and ready to ship. We expect to find more uses for this new 12 inch 4 ohm woofer in our upcoming products.
