If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can do so hassle free within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with all of the original manufacturer's packaging and tags. Please call 1-888-625-7941 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Clearly print this number on the outside of your shipping box and on the "Return Section" of your original invoice. Never attach tape or write any Return Shipping Information directly on the manufacturer's original packaging. Doing so will result in your exchange or refund being denied.
