We assure that all items are to code, and we provide not only smoke detectors but additional safety items such as carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers on each floor. We use top quality construction materials on all rehabs and install security measures such as deadbolts on exterior doors and exterior security lighting. We treat each and every potential renter/buyer with fairness and respect.

Babich Properties, LLC is locally owned and managed. The Owners have over twenty years of relevant experience in residential and commercial construction management, real estate development, facility maintenance and property management. We are well known for our work ethic, treating people with fairness and holding a high recognition for our integrity and honesty.
