Upon our founding in September 2004 we immediately established operations in Iraq, commissioning our first customer, Agility Logistics (then known as PWC Logistics, "Agility") for whom we built out a 40-telephone Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") network connecting their 24 remote offices in Iraq to their headquarters in Kuwait. Since then, we have grown our customer base to a total of 20 enterprises. In June 2005, realizing the rapidly increasing demand for low cost effective telephony for contractors working on military bases, we established our coinless phone booth business to secure an additional source of cash flows. Today we own and operate approximately 75 phone booths at 18 contractor locations on 9 military installations. Despite the ongoing unrest, we continue to expand our core business.

VOIP - Babtel has been providing VoIP services since it's inception in 2004. The company's 8+ years of VoIP operations experience has been leveraged into the development of a rapidly deployable platform for easy integration of VoIP services into existing ISP networks as well as new deployments. The Company's solution provides both prepaid and postpaid service capabilities, certified hardware solutions, unified data and voice billing, and an end user device-provisioning platform eliminating the need for affiliate level VoIP experience.

AAFES is a joint military activity providing quality merchandise and services to active duty, guard and reserve member, military retirees and their families at competitively low prices. AAFES returns earnings to the Army and Air Force to improve troops' quality of live and to provide a dividend to support MWR programs. AAFES is responsible for operating all franchise services at all Army and Air Force bases world-wide, and are just beginning to take control of the internet services on the US military installations.

Babtel's new Micro-ISP model eliminates all those up-front cash requirements and technical barriers because we provide those services to our Micro-ISPs for a monthly flat fee that is based on the number of their subscribers.
