Description

Brandon is the founder and Managing Director of BackCountry Capital and has extensive experience working closely with owners of middle market companies. Prior to founding BackCountry Capital, Brandon advised clients on leveraged buyouts, equity and debt capital raising activities and mergers and acquisitions in the leveraged finance division of the Royal Bank of Scotland. Brandon was also an investment banker in the restructuring group of the Royal Bank of Scotland, working with multiple stakeholders to facilitate business transformations through implementation of restructuring initiatives.
