Bade Construction Co., Inc., a family owned and operated business, has been in business since 1965. Over the years, the company has built hundreds of single family homes, as well as several apartment buildings, condominiums and office and industrial buildings. It also has extensive experience working with city and county planning & building departments in processing architectural plans, tentative parcel maps, subdivisions and planned unit developments. Bade Construction is able to obtain the finest subcontractors for its projects because of its excellent reputation of being trustworthy and building fine quality construction projects. Bade Construction is recognized as one of the premier home builders in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California. Milton "Charlie" Bade, the founder of the business, started building homes in the 1960's. His wife, Pat, has been actively involved in the business for the past several years. His son, Chris, started in the building business as soon as he could swing a hammer and developed homes for over thirty years. His daughter, Susan Bade Hull, an attorney, is particularly helpful in processing projects through planning departments, negotiating with subcontractors and managing the business.
