Growing up in her family's real estate business, Stephanie Ritchie developed a strong appreciation for entrepreneurs—one that followed her into a career in public accounting. She learned much about the skills and dedication it takes to run a successful company. Along the way, she earned degrees in both finance law and accounting. Stephanie heads Bader Martin’s accounting services practice.

Like most natural-born entrepreneurs, David Stiefel started early. By age 14 he was hiring employees, maintaining inventory and keeping the books for the snack bar at the View Ridge Swim Club. It may have helped that his father was a CPA. But in truth, David has simply always had a fascination with privately held and family-owned companies and their owners. He loves the combination of business and interpersonal dynamics involved, and enjoys the strategic and counseling aspects of his relationships with them. David directs Bader Martin’s closely held and family business practice.

Leonard Kaiden is a senior manager in the Bader Martin tax practice. He is also a member of its high net worth and closely held business practice groups. Len provides clients with a blend of tax compliance and planning services and business consulting. He has extensive experience with federal, state, and multi-state tax planning, as well as tax compliance for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Len serves business clients in a range of sectors, including distribution, professional services and technology.

Angela Bailor is a manager in the Bader Martin tax practice and a member of the firm’s high net worth, closely held business, and technology practice groups. Angela provides a blend of tax and consulting services for closely held and family-owned companies and their entrepreneurial owners, as well as affluent individuals and families. She has extensive experience in federal, state and multi-state taxation. Angela serves clients in a range of industries, with an emphasis in the software and technology, real estate, and professional services sectors.
