BMC is a privately held, family-owned, international corporation that manufactures industrial silica sand and other aggregates. Our products are used in multiple industrial, environmental and construction related applications. Our core values focus on contributing to the success of our associates, our customers and our communities.

With the vast majority of BMC’s products being shipped at least 500 miles from our production facilities, there is a lot of coordination that needs to be accomplished prior to our customers receiving their orders. BMC’s Customer Service Team is dedicated to ensuring this happens efficiently, on-time and with no hassle to the customer regardless of your location. We work closely with all of our Sales and Operations Teams, Distribution Centers and LogicHaul to coordinate all shipments and deliveries whether rail, truck or customer pick-up.

Resource Center Badger Mining Corporation’s C.A. Chier Resource Center was built in Berlin Wisconsin in 1995 and is the corporate headquarters of BMC. The Resource Center houses various corporate teams including Accounting, Administrative, Customer Service, Sales, Information Services, Associate Development, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality-Technical Assurance, and Research & Development. These teams work in conjunction with the various plants and transload locations to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products and services. 409 South Church St.

Headquartered in Allenton, Wisc., Allcast designs, manufactures and distributes aluminum die casting products for LED lighting, recreational vehicle, consumer and industrial applications.

History The name Badger Mining Corporation (BMC) has been in existence since 1979. The company was founded in 1949 by Clifford A. Chier, under the name of C. A. Chier Sand Company. Badger's roots, however, go back over 100 years to the turn of the century. The forefathers of Badger Mining started mining industrial silica and bank sand in the Berlin, Wisconsin area in the early 1900's.
