Environmental Consultant Company is an independent testing laboratory specific to Filter Bag Testing and Evaluation. With over 25 years in business, services include, but are not limited to specifications and compliance testing, Filter Bag Failure Analysis, performance testing and life projections. All technical reports are issued in a full explanatory fashion with supporting microscopic photography, including all appropriate findings, conclusions and recommendation. We also offer full Particle Size Evaluations, with state of the art testing apparatus. Evaluations are by population counts, volume mass and surface area over an entire micron size span. We are also pleased to offer our Variable Environmental Simulation Analysis (V.E.S.A.). This program evaluates up to eight (8) filter media candidates for operation efficiency and pressure drop performance under your actual dust, inlet concentrations and baghouse conditions.
