I'm Raul Aleman and I'm the owner of Bahia Property Management. Like a lot of people in Florida, I've had first hand experience with unscrupulous Tampa property managers and I've learned up close and personal the kinds of problems landlords face in choosing the wrong company. I put years of experience in the real estate industry together with a graduate degree from MIT and set out to create a Gold Standard Property Management company in Tampa Bay.

Raul Aleman has successfully worked in the Tampa real estate and property management fields for over 10 years. Before establishing Bahia Realty Group and Bahia Property Management, Raul was affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty, growing his real estate office into a $5 million volume business.

I live in Indiana and have used Bahia Property Management to take care of our Florida condo for over 5 years now. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have been getting, and for a very reasonable price. They use an extremely thorough process for screening new renters and it works! We have had zero problems over the years with the renters they have brought in. If there ever was an issue with something needing to be fixed, they always got my approval first and just took care of it. Not once did I ever had to deal with any issues with the tenants.

Jennifer Cook is a professional property manager and real estate professional, with years of experience in managing both rental and investment properties, as well as helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area.
