The Bailey family has been in the building business over 50 years in and around Oakland County. Joel Bailey and his sons Rick & Brian founded Bailey Custom Homes, Inc. in 1993. We have been building and remodeling all sizes of homes for many satisfied customers since then. We work closely with our customers to accomplish their goals for the project. REBUILDING YOUR HOME Bailey Custom Homes, Inc. has extensive experience with rebuilding projects including replacement of homes after a casualty loss such as fire, and teardowns of older "cottage" homes, especially lakefront, and construction of a completely different new home. We will address the many areas of concern in your rebuild project including (1) working with the municipal rules regarding setbacks, variances, etc., (2) working with the you to determine the need to evaluate bearing capacity of soils and (3) assisting in resolution of any existing drainage issues.
