Bailey Elliott Construction is a full service commercial general contractor, located in Austin, since 1971. We have been a leader in commercial general contracting throughout the Central Texas region for over 4 decades. This experience in construction management has developed an expertise in ground up, as well as renovation and interior finish construction. With three LEED A.P. certified personnel within the management staff, BEC is well versed in green building and environmental protection.

CNRC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization certified by the City of Austin as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The CNRC was established in 1998 to provide affordable housing and services to low-income families and has since developed affordable single-family housing in the Chestnut Neighborhood. The Franklin Gardens project is supported by the Chestnut Addition Neighborhood Association, and the J. J. Seabrook Neighborhood Association.
