Baker & Associates has been providing Surveying Services to clients ranging from the individual landowner to large corporations for over 28 years.

We can work with the Owner/Architect, providing civil services only or we provide complete start-to-finish Architectural and Engineering Services.

Baker & Associates, Inc., was established in 1977 with a goal of providing professional civil engineering services to clients throughout Nebraska , Wyoming , Colorado , South Dakota , and Kansas . Over the years we have provided a wide variety of Engineering , Surveying , and Architectural Services to many private clients as well as local, state and federal governments throughout our region. We currently have a staff of 24 employees which includes 4 Professional Civil Engineers , a Professional Structural Engineer , and a Licensed Architect .

Baker & Associates provides certified concrete testing services for both our in-house projects and for outside entities. We currently have eight employees certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) that are available to conduct on-site concrete quality control testing, including one employee certified for both field and laboratory testing. Utilizing ACI certified testers insures that the methods used to verify that the concrete complies with the contract requirements are consistent between projects as well as being consistent with accepted test methods used nationwide.

Since 1977, Baker & Associates has completed Site Developments for clients in numerous communities throughout our region. We can start with an undeveloped tract of land and assist the client through the entire process of site development. Survey services, including ALTA/ASCM, can be completed along with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. We also assist in the process of rezoning, platting, and annexing in accordance with local requirements.
