Lillian Romero Gomez attended U.C.L.A , graduating in 1978 with a degree in Political Science/Public Administration. After working with several commercial insurance brokers, Lillian co-founded Baker, Romero & Associates in 1986, catering to the insurance needs of social service organizations. Her approach in working with clients is to focus on the human side of doing business and to provide a high standard of professional service at an affordable price.

Since 1986, Baker, Romero & Associates has built an impressive reputation with the social services community providing quality services at an affordable price. Our mission is to focus on the human side of doing business and to put our clients' needs first. Baker, Romero and Associates is unique in that it provides more comprehensive services to its clients than most other insurance brokers. We offer free Human Resource services and do not charge brokers fees with most of our insurance programs.
