Scott joined Balfour Technologies in July, 2007. Prior to joining Balfour, Scott provided consulting services to several startup and small companies.

Eduardo Browne has been involved in providing leading-edge technology solutions and services to the global market for over 20 years. As PMC's Executive Vice President, he has led the company's technology program from inception with the successful design, development and implementation of software solutions and products. Eduardo established and managed key strategic relationships at senior decision-making levels with global firms as well as Government institutions.

RDG2 RDG2 is a solution integrator specialized in resolution of security and surveillance challenges for governments, defense and security sensitive organizations. Their experience combined with their strategic partners in the fields of Homeland security and public transport allows them to provide complete solutions (analysis, design, engineering, deployment, training and consulting) to the most demanding customers.
