We provide reports detailing program use to each of our partners. These reports, available on-line (and in full compliance with privacy laws), reflect the volume of usage, the services used, the names of clients counseled, and the outcome of the counseling sessions. These reports can be used to determine whether further promotion of the service is necessary, or to identify opportunities to cross-sell services such as mortgage or savings products.

Many specialized housing programs require pre- or post- purchase counseling. BALANCE is not only approved to provide the necessary educational services for many of these programs, but also has a staff experienced in successfully guiding future homeowners through the process.

When homeowners struggle with mortgage payments, we provide early delinquency intervention counseling, which helps them stay in their homes and helps you prevent losses.
