BYB was started to provide outsourced online bookkeeping and accounting services to small, mid-size and fast growing businesses. Our mission is three-fold:Dennis Najjar, Managing Member of Balance Your Books, LLC has worked in public accounting since 1982. After graduating from Rutgers University in 1982, Dennis joined Coopers & Lybrand. In 1986, Dennis started the public accounting firm Dennis M. Najjar, CPA. Dennis has worked exclusively with small, medium, and start-up businesses. His practice has an emphasis on tax planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships and individuals.CPAs generally take on client write-up work, much like payroll services, as an accommodation to secure tax support services. At BYB, we believe our services compliment those offered by CPA firms. We are not in competition with them. On the contrary, we look to CPAs as an important source of business.
