Balboa Management Group provides full-service management to community associations in Southern California. All services are done in-house. We do not use subcontractors for billing, publishing, etc. We have a combined average of 27 years in the business of managing community associations. Our managers have at least five years experience managing community associations. Janet Downs has managed residential and commercial property for over 19 years including rental property and community associations. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Long Beach State University. Victoria Grijalva has been managing community associations exclusively for over 14 years. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is currently working on her management certification (CMCA). Pamela Jones has worked with community associations for over 10 years. She is an accounting supervisor and has also managed several homeowner associations. We are proud of our experience and the service we provide to our homeowners and Boards of Directors.
