Under the guidance of Bob’s son, Steve, we have constructed a new, state-of-the-art facility allowing us to bring even more innovative products and solutions to our customers. The new Baldinger Bakery will combine “The Best in Tradition and Technology,” placing us firmly on baking’s cutting edge.

Our microwaveable breads are an ideal choice for commissary-style operations, where shelf life is key and products need to be highly tolerant to overcome microwaving variances. We’ve mastered this unique bread technology and taken it across the most popular products, forms and sizes – so you can bring your customers a full line of sandwiches and handheld specialties loaded with sales potential.
