Years of Experience My Father, Marvin Bamsch, founded Marvin ’s Machine Works in 1966 with one manual lathe and one manual mill in a one-car garage. Shortly after that he leased a building, purchased more machines and hired people. In the early 1970 ’s, Marvin ’s Machine Works started manufacturing fluid end replacement parts. In the late 1970 ’s, Marvin ’s Machine Works was incorporated and the name was changed to Bamsch Enterprises, Incorporated BEI has been an established manufacturer of quality triplex fluid end replacement parts for drilling equipment ever since. BEI is located on the northwest side of Houston, Texas USA. I have taken an active roll in all operations of this business, since 1982. On November 1, 2002, I purchased the assets of Bamsch Enterprises, Incorporated and I changed the name to Bamsch Enterprises International, Limited (BEI). Although the name has changed, Bamsch Enterprises International, Limited will continue to have the same commitment to quality as in the previous 36 years. The management at BEI has always had a “hands on approach ” in all phases of this business including manufacturing. We also have an experienced and qualified workforce to provide the highest quality parts for this industry. We feel that along with our dedication to quality, our “hands on approach ” and good employees are the reasons why we have been able to weather the storms that the oil industry has thrown at us throughout the years. BEI fluid end replacement parts are being used onshore and offshore extensively in the USA, Canada, Mexico, South America, Asia, Middle East, North Sea and beyond. If you use or rebuild triplex mud pumps and you haven ’t heard of us, chances are you have used our replacement parts. Quality Next to the safety, quality has always been of the utmost importance to us, if we do not produce a quality line of parts we can not expect to stay competitive in the 21 century, so let me explain our quality system to you. Our products are manufactured to meet the strict standards of the “Original Equipment Manufacturer ”. We use only high quality materials. Our crosshead extension rods, pony rods, piston rods, rod clamps, sub rods, wear plates, etc. are manufactured from solid materials (bar stock, forgings castings, etc.), no welding is done to fuse two pieces together then machined to replicate one part. The only welding that we do is on some of our rod clamps we weld chain links to the two halves to connect them together for the convenience of our customers. The wearable surfaces on our crosshead extension rods or pony rods are chrome plated and precision ground for a longer life of the part. We also have full traceability on the materials that we purchase to manufacture our parts. As the material is received we assign a job number to the material and route the material through all of the machining operations using that job number, and the job number is permanently stenciled on it along with our part number. Material certification papers are filed away for future reference.
