Today Banchero Disability Partners supports a total of 27 adults with developmental disabilities. We provide 120,000+ annual hours of daily living services and extended programs in our clients’ homes. Our agency offices are located in North Seattle at our Midvale apartment building, along with a mix of our clients and market- rate tenants. Several of our clients reside at the Loya House, and others live in rented apartments in the North Seattle and Shoreline areas.

A huge part of Florence’s success has been having a consistent team of advocates and nurses working with her, and coordinating her complex medical care. Rama is Florence’s lead staff member and came to BDP the same year as Florence. In fact, it was Rama who helped Florence with the transition from her mother’s home. The two of them had planning meetings, and Rama took special care to acquaint herself with Flo’s needs and the people in her life. Working together for close to ten years has led to a special bond between the two: Rama is a solid presence in Flo’s life.
