Description
Bank2 is a subsidiary of the Chickasaw Banc Holding Company. The Holding Company and thus Bank2 are 100% owned by the Chickasaw Nation. In January of 2000, the Chickasaw Nation, under the leadership of Governor Bill Anoatubby made the decision to get into the financial services industry. The tribe named a steering committee, all of whom are enrolled members of the Chickasaw Nation. The Tribe also allocated $5.3 million dollars as the initial capital investment into the banking organization.
