Bank of Napa was opened on August 14, 2006, by local business leaders with long term ties to the Napa Valley. Their desire was to create a bank that was built "for and by" the people of Napa, with a goal of providing a level of service that is superior to that found at other financial institutions. We are a bank of Napa, not just a bank that happens to be in Napa. This means we were founded by local investors, managed by a local board, and operated by local banking executives with decades of experience. It also means that we are built with local deposits, and we make loans to local families and businesses. Upon graduation, he spent 30 years in various manufacturing management positions. Mr. Anderson's most recent position was Executive VP of Manufacturing and Purchasing and board member of Valassis Communications. Mr. Anderson managed a budget of $450 million and oversaw five manufacturing divisions and 1500 employees for Valassis. In addition to sitting on the board, Mr. Anderson was also a Director for Save.com and IDS, totally owned subsidiaries of Valassis, and Magic Market. Greg Bennett Mr. Bennett, who has lived in Napa since 1986, attended UCLA and UCSC where he studied Modern Society and Social Thought. He then attended SFSU and CSUH where he studied Accounting. Mr. Bennett is currently a Partner and CPA with G & J Seiberlich and Co LLP, where he manages the Napa office. Mr. Bennett, serves on the boards of Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation, "If Given A Chance," and Napa Sunrise Rotary where he is the former President. He is a member of the Financial Oversight Committee for Measure A, and has served as Treasurer for "If Given A Chance," Napa Valley Unified Education Foundation, Leadership Napa Valley, Napa Youth Soccer League and the Boy Scouts. Jeff Gerlomes Jeff is a 20 year resident of Napa and a 1984 graduate of Sacramento State University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He began his business career at American Savings and Loan where he served as a financial analyst, worked as a loan supervisor at World Savings and Loan and concluded his career in financial services working as a Vice President and Manager for Napa Valley Bank. Currently, Jeff is President and Partner of On Demand, LLC Napa Printing and Graphics. He is also a co-founder of Performance Health Systems. PHS, a health science company founded in Napa in 2003, developed Biodensity strength training and recently moved its headquarters to Chicago. Jeff most recently served as President of the Napa Chamber of Commerce where he is still active as a member of their Board of Directors. Malcolm A.
