The primary responsibility for the Helpdesk Specialist will be to provide phone support for our client’s employees and members on hardware / software questions and issues. A successful candidate will be technically savvy and have an enjoyment of working with technology.

This is a full time permanent position . The permanent salary with our client would be between $70,000 and $90,000. Our client may go outside the posted range for the perfect candidate.

Bantic focuses on all platforms of the business desktop to provide technical assistance either through contracting, contract to permanent or permanent placement to allow our customers to focus on higher priority objectives.
