At Baptist Retirement Community's Elsie Gayer Healthcare Center is a long and short term skilled nursing facility, along with Rotary House of Hope, that offers the highest quality nursing and rehabilitative services that one can find in the Concho Valley area. Our residents are provided with capable and compassionate staff dedicated to nurturing each resident in an active, enriching environment that encourages maximum independence and social interaction.

Baptist Retirement Community offers housing options to fit every lifestyle for seniors who are 62 years of age or older. We have one, two and three bedroom homes and duplexes in our East and West Village neighborhoods and two and three bedroom homes in the Northgate Estates gated community. Or, if your prefer apartment living, the Henley-Mabee residences offers studios, one, two and three bedrooms with or without kitchens. We provide an active, maintenance free way of life that includes a variety of life-enriching activities and wellness programs.

For Treatment. We will use and disclose your personal health information in providing you with treatment and services. We may disclose your personal health information to facility and non-facility personnel who may be involved in your care, such as physicians, nurses, nurse aides, and physical therapists. For example, a nurse caring for you will report any change in your condition to your physician. We also may disclose personal health information to individuals who will be involved in your care after you leave the facility.

Baptist Home Health provides medical skilled services in the comfort of your own home. Through trained healthcare professionals, we work with you, your family, and physician to coordinate a treatment plan designed to meet your needs. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to keep you living an active, independent lifestyle. Baptist Home Health is licensed and Medicare certified to proudly serve the Concho Valley area. Baptist Home Health services may be covered by Medicare and other insurance plans.

Baptist Retirement Community’s outpatient therapy offers a comprehensive team approach to physical, occupational and speech therapy services specializing in services for older adults in the Concho Valley area. We work with each patient and their physician to develop a customized treatment program. Our therapists’ clinical expertise and genuine care enables patients to maximize their independent lifestyle.
