While Barber Foods was acquired by AdvancePierre Foods in May, 2011, the principles and values upon which the business was built endure. AdvancePierre Foods is a leading manufacturer of delicious and nutritious value-added proteins (beef, chicken, pork) and sandwiches. We are passionate about food and serving our customers. Our focused and caring Associates process, bake, assemble and package our great tasting and wholesome foods and distribute them to the foodservice, school, grocery, warehouse club, convenience and vending markets.

Can our products be microwaved? Unless otherwise noted on the packaging, the Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breasts that you purchased are not fully cooked, therefore careful attention must be paid to cooking times to end with a product that is both healthy and enjoyable. Unfortunately, there are so many variations in microwaves sizes and wattages that it is difficult to provide instructions that are all-encompassing and will cover each variation. With that in mind, we have opted to remove the microwave instructions from our uncooked product and recommend conventional oven cooking.

All other trash is sent to an incinerator to make electricity. That means none of the waste from our production facility ends up in a landfill!
