® series of micro controllers. It was a return to my roots as a designer of embedded processors for industrial, medical and communications industries. As a result of my work I have developed a small real time operating system (RTOS) that I call AvrX , short for AVR Executive. AvrX has undergone three major revisions over the years. The latest is tuned to work with the GNU and IAR C compilers. I use AvrX as the foundation for all my non-trivial AVR projects. There is a yahoo mailing list for AvrX users: www.yahoogroups.com/group/avrx . My hobby robotics activities has expanded into various contract jobs and related product developments. I designed and wrote the s/w for the various Open Source Motor Control group ( www.yahoogroups.com\group\OSMC ) controllers ( MOB , uRRC and uRRC 2.0 ) and the heart of these controllers lives on in www.robot-solutions.com products. I also sell direct, and through resellers, a selection of small motor controllers and robot development boards .
