Baron Francois was founded in 1982 by Adrien Baron, and rapidly became well known as a supplier of the finest restaurants in New York. In March 2000 Adrien has turned over the company to the Lesgourgues family, who have been involved in the production of high-end wines and armagnacs for generations.
