BARONE & SONS INC., is a Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm that has been in existence since 1917. We provide competent, professional appraisal service to many banking institutions, major corporations and individuals. The quality and service our organization provides is evidenced by the large number of major accounts we have serviced for many years. Typically, we can furnish a written residential appraisal within a period of 5-10 working days. Special treatment (rush) can be provided if needed. This holds true for all properties in Allegheny County. Adjoining counties are also serviced in 5-10 plus or minus (5-10 +/-) day period. In recent years, our firm has completed 7,000 - 10,000 appraisals annually in southwestern Pennsylvania. Complementing the residential department is BARONE, MURTHA, SHONBERG and WHITE, owned in part by BARONE & SONS INC. This group of professional appraisers specializes in commercial, industrial, multi-family and subdivision appraisals. The scope of assignments has varied from neighborhood commercial buildings, to 400,000 square foot industrial, to CBD office towers valued at eight figures. The education of our staff is a continual concern and is an ongoing commitment. BARONE & SONS INC. and BARONE, MURTHA, SHONBERG & WHITE require every appraiser to actively seek the professional designations MAI or SRA. Courses are paid for by the company to encourage participation.
