Welcome to the Barre Opera House, central Vermont's premier performing arts facility. This century-old theater is the cornerstone of history and culture for Barre, Vermont - granite center of the world. The Opera House hosts 70-100 events each year - from local theater and arts organizations to internationally renowned musicians and dancers, and is home to the Celebration Series, our performance series, which runs from September to May and features some of today's finest performers.
