Raised in Mooresville, North Carolina, Dr. Barringer practiced dental hygiene for many years and volunteered her services extensively while caring for her three children. Although she enjoyed serving her patients as a dental hygienist, she always believed her talents would be better suited to providing full dental services. When her family obligations permitted, she began her studies at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. It was then that Dr. Barringer, her family, two dogs, and four cats adopted Pittsboro as their home.

We love having him around and he is all our's ... our midnight repair elf, our eater of any snacks that may have been left behind, our mechanic by trade, our motorcycle enthusiast, our fixer of all things broken, and most importantly, our Business Manager. While we do love it that he can fix ANYTHING, we also all just really really like him. Why you ask? Because he is smart, kind and have I said he fixes all the things we mess up? Not just the stuff here either. As a mechanic/machinist/welder, for the past 25 years, Robert has gotten really good at fixing other people's stuff too. Robert was born in Concord and raised in Landis North Carolina and attended Devry Atlanta, Rowan Cabarrus Community College, and Yamaha 5 Star Management training, without the intention of ever working with 5 girls. Besides his five girls he also has four cats, two dogs, two turtles, and three boys, and 5 girls....it must be told twice because he is ours.we are proud to announce the addition of digital xrays to our practice. Not only do these xrays aid in early detection of cavities, and other potential problems; they can be taken using significantly less radiation. These images pop right up on the computer screen with no need for toxic chemicals to develop them. Better for our patients, and better for our environment.
