We provide all the traditional services offered by a full service public accounting firm. We work with clients ranging in size and complexity from individuals to businesses with sales in the hundreds of millions.

We offer year-round service at affordable rates. We have weekend appointments available or can come to you! We offer free estimates and perpetually have the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

We began in 1975 and have since been providing Arizona with accounting, tax and business consulting services. The small size of our firm allows us to be very responsive to our clients’ needs. We have very low employee turnover, which allows us to be able to become more familiar with and better understand our clients’ businesses, personnel and needs.

Our firm is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Membership in this organization is voluntary, and requires periodic inspections of the firm’s quality control, compliance with technical regulations, etc.

Audits, Reviews and Compilations

Three levels of assurance are offered for the different needs of our clients. All are performed in accordance with the pronouncements of the governing bodies of our profession – the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Tax Return Preparation

We are experienced in the preparation of income tax returns required of individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc. We also provide tax representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. In addition, we assist our clients in resolving payroll, state and local issues that arise from time to time.

Tax Planning

Offered for businesses and individuals, tax planning can help you achieve maximum tax savings through creative solutions which do not involve a high degree of risk. We will counsel you on the use of compensation, benefit plans and other tax savings or tax deferral alternatives available. We are also experienced in helping our clients with estate and gift tax planning.

Business Consulting

We consult with our clients about a number of subjects outside the traditional accounting and income tax issues from litigation support to business projections.
