Because our professional staff is well versed in accounting and government grant regulations we are able to provide personal services specifically targeted to our clients’ needs.

B&A’s founder, Margaret Bartel is a CPA with a Masters in Accounting from the University of Virginia. She has worked for over 25 years in the U.S. and internationally in accounting, financial management and management information systems. She has helped non-profits of all sizes solve the financial and grant management challenges they confront. More importantly she understands program and field operations having served in both financial and program management aspects of non-profits.

Proposal Preparation is central to success for government contractors and grantees. B&A staff has long experience in analyzing RFPs and RFAs and developing winning proposal strategies and documents from both a technical and cost perspective. B&A can help shape your ideas and business experience into a winning proposal package.
